• A 10% platform fee applies to all bookings and services.
• Payments must be made through secure payment gateways provided by Travel Tonic.
• Cancellation policies are specified at the time of booking.
• Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Emergency or special-case cancellations are reviewed individually by our support team.
• Guests must treat properties, hosts, and neighbors with respect.
• Hosts must provide accurate listings and maintain safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Both parties must comply with all applicable laws and Travel Tonic policies.
• No discrimination, harassment, or unlawful behavior is tolerated.
• No unauthorized parties, illegal activities, or property misuse.
• Users must not upload false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Travel Tonic is not liable for direct agreements between guests and hosts outside the platform.
• We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from property stays or services, except as covered under our AirCover policy.
• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
• Travel Tonic may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Major updates will be communicated via website and email notifications.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Mumbai, India.
